Overview

Torrens University's Master of Global Project Management (Advanced) will develop your project management expertise in any industry. Here, you'll gain exposure to global best practice, develop skills in project planning, budgeting and execution of projects with international stakeholders.

During this course, you will have the opportunity to further develop knowledge and understanding of project management processes. Each subject has a particular emphasis on projects with a global aspect including learning how to effectively manage projects with international stakeholders. The skills you will learn in this in-person or online project management master’s degree are in demand in a wide variety of fields including IT, construction, manufacturing, healthcare, natural resources, education, commerce, and research and development.

Course Structure

This course comprises of 16 subjects, which includes 10 core subjects and 6 elective subjects. Each subject involves 10 hours of study per week, comprising 3 hours of facilitated study and 7 hours self-directed study.

 

Year 1:
