LANTITE Test
To obtain provisional teacher registration upon graduation, you must successfully complete the National Literacy and Numeracy Test for Initial Teacher Education (LANTITE). Administered nationally by the Australian Council of Education Research (ACER), this test assesses your literacy and numeracy skills.

Completion of Australian Year 12 or equivalent; or completion of AQF Certificate IV or equivalent; or completion of an approved university foundation studies program.
Entry Requirement
An IELTS (Academic) assessment with an average band score of 7.5 across all four skill areas of Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing - with no score below 7 in any of the four skills areas and a score of no less than 8 in Speaking and Listening, or
An Occupational English Test with Grades A or B only in each of the four components.
For TOEFL Internet-based: Overall score of 75 with no score less than 17; Pearson Test of English Academic: Overall score of 54 with no score less than 46; Cambridge English: Advanced (CAE) / Cambridge English: Proficiency (CPE): Overall test score of 169 (with no individual band score of less than 162).
