The Graduate Diploma of Construction Management opens doors to dynamic career opportunities in construction management, encompassing key areas such as project management principles, construction contract administration, construction risk management, and construction technology.

The initial four units of the program delve into project management principles, demonstrating their application across various phases of the construction cycle to achieve optimal project outcomes in terms of time, cost, quality, safety, and sustainability.

Additionally, you'll gain a fundamental understanding of legal concepts relevant to construction contracts, along with familiarity with the Building and Construction Industry Security of Payment Act.

The concluding unit introduces you to contemporary building construction technology, emphasizing multi-unit and low-rise construction methodologies. This encompasses material selection and modern construction techniques for residential and commercial projects, including multi-storey buildings compliant with the National Construction Code for building classes 1 to 10.

Take advantage of the flexibility to pursue full-time or part-time study, either on-campus or through online learning.
