Career Outcomes
Upon completing the Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood), you will attain qualifications enabling you to teach in primary school environments spanning from Prep to Year 6, as well as in specialized early childhood settings such as childcare facilities and kindergartens across Australia.
To fulfill graduation requirements and obtain provisional teacher registration, you must participate in and successfully pass the National Literacy and Numeracy Test for Initial Teacher Education (LANTITE). This examination, overseen nationally by the Australian Council of Education Research (ACER), is a mandatory step.

Completion of Australian Year 12 or equivalent; or completion of AQF Certificate IV or equivalent; or completion of an approved university foundation studies program.
Entry Requirement
For entry into the program, the following English language proficiency requirements must be met:
- International English Language Testing System (IELTS Academic): An overall band score of at least 7.5, with a minimum of 7.0 for Reading and Writing, and 8.0 for Speaking and Listening.
- Occupational English Test: Achieving Grades A or B in each of the four components.
- Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) Internet-based: A minimum overall score of 75, with no subsection score below 17.
- Pearson Test of English Academic: An overall score of 54, with no sub-score less than 46.
- Cambridge English: Advanced (CAE) / Cambridge English: Proficiency (CPE): Obtaining an overall test score of 169, with no individual band score lower than 162.
