During this course, you will live on-site at our Practical Learning Centre, Leura campus in the Blue Mountains for two six-month blocks. The Leura campus operates as a simulated hotel, where students are both guest and staff. The rest of the time you will spend engaged in an industry placement. This associate degree forms the first two years of the bachelor's program so it can function as a pathway into a bachelor's degree or a standalone qualification.
