Course Structure
Course Structure:
To fulfill the requirements of this program, you must successfully complete a total of 24 units. This comprises 16 core units and an eight-unit major of your choice. Majors available include Financial Planning, Property, Management, Entrepreneurship and Accounting, or Marketing. Alternatively, you have the option to pursue two four-unit minors in areas such as coding foundations, criminology fundamentals, introduction to cyber security, marketing, innovation, public practice, or liberal studies, in place of selecting an eight-unit major.

Entry Requirement
For admission purposes, applicants must demonstrate proficiency in English through one of the following standardized tests:
1. International English Language Testing System (IELTS Academic) with an overall band score of at least 6.0, with no subset scoring below 5.5; or
2. Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL):
- Paper Based Test: Requires a minimum overall score of 550, with a minimum Test of Written English (TWE) score of 4.5.
- Internet Based Test: Requires a minimum overall score of 75, with no individual score less than 17.
3. Pearson Test of English Academic (PTE Academic) with an overall score of 54, with no sub-score falling below 46; or
4. Occupational English Test with grades of A or B in each of its four components.
