This course will develop your understanding of the principles of innovation and how to apply them to solve the diverse entrepreneurial challenges that come with new ventures as well as established organisations. You’ll acquire the skills to recognise market trends, analyse potential business opportunities, negotiate contracts, obtain funding, and apply lean principles in development of a business concept and business plan. This course strengthens your entrepreneurial mindset with creativity, innovation, and research and analytical capabilities.

Course Structure
This course comprises 24 subjects, 18 core subjects and 6 elective subjects. As part of the core subjects, you will gain 300 hours of real-world industry experience.
Each subject involves 10 hours of study per week, comprising 3 hours of facilitated study and 7 hours self-directed study.
