Course Structure

To complete the Bachelor of Data Science, students must attain 24 credit points, which must include the following:

 

  • DAI001 Academic Integrity Module (0-credit point compulsory unit)
  • SIT010 Safety Induction Program (0-credit point compulsory unit)
  • STP010 Career Tools for Employability (0-credit point compulsory unit)
  • seventeen (17) credit points of core units
  • 3 credit points of Data Science capstone units
  • and one of:
    • a minor (4 credit points) OR
    • four open elective units (4 credit points)
  • no more than ten (10) credit points at level 1
  • minimum of 14 credit points over levels 2 and 3
  • six (6) credit points at level 3.

Students are required to meet the University's academic progress and conduct requirements.
