If you are a graduate with education experience who is looking to expand your expertise in research, this master's course will provide you with the knowledge and the critical research skills you need for either career advancement in education-focused fields or as a stepping stone to doctoral research. The course offers a unique blend of postgraduate coursework and independent work on your chosen project with the aim of producing, presenting and submitting a final thesis. Throughout your research, you will be guided by an academic supervisory panel. This course provides you with a solid foundation of research perspectives and practices, with particular reference to education and learning, reading and critiquing research publications, communicating the results of research, and conducting practical and ethical research. You will also be introduced to a variety of research practices, such as survey research, case study, discourse analysis and ethnography. A four year undergraduate degree in Education or a three year degree and a one year graduate diploma in a related area, or academic qualifications deemed equivalent with above average perform

To be eligible you must have an overall:

IELTS Academic score (or equivalent) of 7.0, with no band score below 6.5.

TOEFL iBT: Overall score of 94 with: R: 19; L: 20 S: 20; W: 24

Pearson Test of Academic English: 65 with no skill score below 58

Cambridge English Scale: 185 with no sub-score below 176

Occupational English Test: No grade lowers than 'B' in any of the sub-tests.
