On completion of this course, you may be eligible to progress to other graduate coursework or research programs, subject to entry requirements and competitive entry, including a Master of Education (Research) with advanced standing.

In this course, you will explore educational research methodology and design an educational research project in preparation for a graduate research degree.

Graduates of this course (GC-EDRES) may be eligible to apply to a graduate research degree including:
- Doctor of Philosophy - Education (PhD)
- Doctor of Education (note there are professional experience requirements associated with this degree)
- Master of Philosophy - Education

A four-year degree (or equivalent) in a directly related discipline with a weighted average mark (WAM) of 75% (or equivalent), OR An undergraduate qualification in any discipline AND at least
Entry Requirement
IELTS (academic English Only): Overall 7.0 (with written 7.0 and no band less than 6.0)
TOEFL Internet-based test: 94 + ; Writing 27; Speaking 18; Reading 13; Listening 13;
Pearson Test of English Academic: 65 + written communicative skill of 65 and no other communicative skill below 50
Cambridge English: Advanced/ Certificate of Advanced English (CAE): 185 + no less than 185 in Writing and 169 in each other skill
